For thousands of years the human heart has been considered the seat of knowledge, compassion, and life. So often we are told to "listen to your heart" without really considering what exactly that entails. This Valentne's season as we watch the world falling in love with romance, you are invited to take two hours for yourself. Join us as we use visual arts, storytelling, movement, and music to explore what our hearts have to say. Register here.

The New Year holiday offers us an opportunity to mark time, take note of our evolution, and to pause in reflection. Give yourself time to recap and set some goals for 2014! This mini workshop will be focused on making room for the goals of the New Year. Hosted in tandem with local celebrant and artist, Genevieve Saenz, it's sure to be a fine springboard into 2014.
